Allison Plamondon leads a class for all bodies that invites you to connect to music and find joy in your own movement. “I’m filled with delight to do this with any adults – no experience dancing required, and differently abled people (of all ages) are welcome”.
This workshop is part of our Wellness Wednesday Series and is presented with Little Shadow Productions.
- This series offers "Pay What You Choose" prices
