This is a power-point stage show, just like my earlier STORIES ABOUT STORYTELLERS show, which I played 100 times, in all ten provinces. With the help of maps and music, I use the caricatures of Anthony Jenkins as a backdrop, while I talk about Canada's greatest authors, all of whom I have known. The show tells stories about Alice Munro, Margaret Atwood, Michael Ondaatje, Robertson Davies, Alistair MacLeod, W.O.Mitchell, Margaret Laurence, Guy Vanderhaeghe, and many others. The stories are entertaining, making this a fine show for high school students who like reading Canada's best authors.
