This class was open to intermediate advanced levels of dancers, age 15+. No previous modern dance training necessary. This will be a class loosely based on the principles of Limon technique. Full centre warmup, progressions including jumps and finishing with a combination at the end of class.

A special short performance by 3 members of
Jörgen Dance's mentorship program will wrap up the workshop along with an informal Q and A.
